If unable to attend, please cancel immediately. No cost for cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to course start. Cancellation up to 1 week prior to course start results in 25% of course fee being charged. Cancellation less than 1 week prior to course start results in full course fee being charged. If unable to attend it is always possible to send someone else from your company.
